Arun Rahul Group | Royal LePage Blue Sky ("we", "us") operates this website. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. We handle personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

What we collect

• Information you give us. Your name, email address, phone number, and anything you type into a contact, valuation, showing-request or newsletter form.
• Account information. If you create an account, we store your name, email, phone, a securely hashed password, and your saved favourites and preferences.
• Automatically collected information. Your IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referring page — used for security rate-limiting and aggregate analytics.

Why we collect it

• To respond to your enquiry and provide the real estate services you asked for.
• To send property alerts and market updates, where you have asked for them.
• To operate and secure the website, including limiting abusive form submissions.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Our brokerage and licensed REALTORS®, so someone can actually help you.
• Our customer-relationship management provider, which stores enquiry details on our behalf so we can follow up.
• Service providers such as our website host and email delivery service, who may process data only on our instructions.
• Authorities, where we are legally required to do so.

Consent and withdrawing it

We rely on your consent to contact you. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing hello@arun-rahul.ca or using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Withdrawing consent will not affect services already provided, and we may keep records where the law requires it.

Accessing and correcting your information

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond within 30 days. If you have an account, you can view and edit much of this yourself under My Dashboard.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and to protect forms against cross-site request forgery. If analytics are enabled, those cookies measure aggregate traffic. You can block cookies in your browser, but signing in will stop working.

Security and retention

Passwords are stored using industry-standard one-way hashing — we cannot read them. We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet real estate record-keeping obligations. No online transmission is ever completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
